We have carefully developed relationships with carriers who own tractors and trailers with long-haul truck components which significantly lower emissions and fuel consumption.Specifically, this means the SmartWay Certified tractors used by our carriers have, among others, a model year 2007 or later engine, aerodynamic bumper and mirrors, ways to reduce periods of extended engine idling, and options for low-rolling resistance tires.
